Financial services involve intricate processes, regulations, and terminologies. Understanding the intricacies of the industry was challenging, especially with limited prior exposure to the field. It took time to grasp the unique requirements, constraints, and user behaviors specific to financial services, but with the help of industry reports, articles, and case studies, I was able to adapt.
